• Payment proof: the UPI transaction ID or screenshot you send us. We never ask for or store card numbers, UPI PINs or OTPs.
• Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, by email or through the contact form, including messages in our WhatsApp group if you join it.
• Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use it

• To process, pack and dispatch your order, verify your payment and issue your invoice.
• To send order updates by WhatsApp and email, including your status link and lorry receipt number.
• To answer your questions and sort out delivery or refund issues.
• To improve the website, and to tell you about offers if you have ordered from us or asked to hear from us. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:

• Transport companies receive your name, phone number and delivery location to deliver your parcel.
• Service providers that run our website, email, hosting, security and analytics process data on our behalf.
• Authorities, when the law requires it, for example for tax records.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember preferences and measure how the website is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but the order page may not work properly without them.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax laws require. Other messages and data are deleted when no longer needed.

Security

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending offers, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Records we must keep for tax purposes cannot be deleted before the required period ends.
