Crackers cannot go by courier or post. Your order travels by lorry to the transport parcel office nearest your address; the driver calls when it arrives and you collect it with your Order ID.

The exact charge and cut-off for your state appear on the order page when you pick your state. The minimum order is ₹5,000. Andaman, Lakshadweep, Ladakh and Daman-Diu are not served.
How delivery works
- Transit time. Allow a minimum of 15–30 days from dispatch, depending on your state and district. Orders placed by your state’s cut-off date are delivered before Diwali (Sunday 8 November), or refunded in full.
- No home delivery. The lorry stops at the transport parcel office nearest your address, usually a short distance away.
- You see every step. At dispatch, your status page shows the lorry receipt number and the transport office phone.
- Check at collection. Open the carton at the transport office and compare with the item list on your status page. Send a photo on WhatsApp the same day if anything is missing or damaged.
