Cancelling an order

You can cancel a paid order until it is packed, for a full refund. Once an order is packed and dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically and nothing is charged.

Missed the before-Diwali promise

If you placed and paid for an order by your state’s cut-off date and it is not delivered before Diwali (Sunday 8 November 2026), you get a 100% refund, no questions asked.

Missing or damaged items

Open the carton at the transport office and compare it with the item list on your status page. Send a photo on WhatsApp to 75503 57737 the same day you collect. Missing or damaged items are re-sent with the next lorry or refunded.

Returns

Transport companies do not carry fireworks back, so delivered orders cannot be returned.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the same UPI account or bank account you paid from, within 3 working days.
